My experience at Perrys Alfreton Ford was positive because The sales person was Kara who was not pushy.She showed us the vehicle the stood aside while we sat in and looked around the vehicle , she was available to answer any questions we asked about the vehicle. On completion of the purchase she us how the sat nav and sound system worked, she even connected our phones to the vehicle. After a few days she contacted us by phone to check if everything was OK.
